What we offer
Asset Management
The Aunalytics NOC (Network Operations Center) Team will import devices in your environment into our Asset Management (RMM) application to help manage devices in SecureCare, while also enabling secure, remote management of systems when necessary.
Next-Generation Anti-Virus
Currently Sophos InterceptX, a Next-Gen AV will be included with all Managed Services (Management & Licensing). Basic DLP & Web filtering also included with the Sophos agents.
Email Security
Currently Microsoft ATP, this service ensures that email is filtered for SPAM and malicious links, as well as provides for email Encryption.
Encryption Management
Aunalytics will manage Encryption for your Office 365 environment to ensure that the environment stays protected.
Identity & Access Management
One of three options for IAM solutions to protect identity and manage Multi-factor Authentication (Microsoft MFA, Duo MFA, or Okta MFA).
Security Awareness Training
SAT is a per-user service that provides training and testing for the client’s team on a recurring basis.
Internet Protection (Website / DNS)
Currently Cisco Umbrella, a DNS and Web filter that offers per user reporting and protection will be included in all Managed Services.
Office 365 Management & Security
Aunalytics will manage O365 security components including Advanced Threat Protection.
Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
Our MDR service provides 24×7 log management, monitoring, correlation, and response for security threats in your environment.
Remediation
For any material security breach, our experts cover the initial breach response assessment and work together with you on the best route toward remediation.
Vulnerability Management
We audit both the client’s internal and external networks for known vulnerabilities and configuration issues. From there, we validate the results and identify the appropriate remediation required.
