Project Coordinator

Location: Prefer candidates within 30 miles of an Aunalytics office (South Bend, IN / Traverse City, MI / Kalamazoo, MI / Bellefontaine, OH). However, open to remote work for exceptional talent.
Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will work with our Project Services team to ensure that all client projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. This is not an easy role; but the best candidates will enjoy the challenge of working closely and collaboratively with their technical colleagues, while meeting aggressive delivery timelines and maintaining positive team relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of small client projects
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Assist in the development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Coordinate a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate problems to the management team as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • May assist Project Managers with larger, more complex projects

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in project management
  • Communicates clearly and effectively across small teams to foster a friendly collaborative work environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proficient in data entry, typing, and attention to detail
  • Resourceful in getting things done, self-starter, and productive working independently or collaboratively – ours is a fast-pace entrepreneurial environment with performance expectations and deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and contribute ideas that make the team, processes, and solutions better
