Client Success Manager

Location: South Bend, IN
Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary client liaison between external client contacts and our internal Data Solutions Team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships; serving as the day-to-day contact for all client inquiries (including set up and ongoing support). The work you do will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Troubleshoot internal and external client issues
  • Onboard new clients
  • Provide ongoing support for new and existing solutions
  • Facilitate collaborative team environment
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization advocating on behalf of our clients

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to multi-task, set expectations, and effectively manage time
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
